• GENERAL INFO

- first come, first served- All prices are base prices meaning it can increase depending on the complexity of your character- I have a right to decline you- You can track your commission through my commission waitlist- Will regularly update you every other day (sketch,lineart, flats, final)- Revisions of sketches are allowed only 3x ( no more after sketching period)- Finished commission through email.

• PAYMENT

- payment upfront and through Paypal invoice only- strictly no refunds- Currency accepted is USD ONLY!- please pay before or on the deadline date of invoice- a grace period of one day will be given to pay the commission- failing to pay will result in your commission being cancelled and a slot will be left open

• ART STYLE

- do not ask me to draw in another style- I can change or add some things to the commission including the color palette to follow my style

• DURATION

- Time duration: 1 month- 5 months- I'm a student that has classes during weekdays so please be patient with updates

• USAGE

- commercial usage of commissions will have a higher price- The artist has the right to include the commissioned work in portfolios, profiles/pages, and promoting commissions- pfp, banners, or promotional (non-commercial promotions) are fine as personal use- You can post your commission without the watermark but please still credit me ex: art by @cxndied_grxpes- Please credit me when posting your commission- Do not use my art for any NFT or cryptocurrency- Do not run my art through AI, even if you don't post it

• BLACKLIST

Those who attempt the following will result in being blocked from my all social media and future commissions- Ghosting (not replying or following up after 1 week )- Scamming- Chargeback- Failure to pay within 48 hours- Disregarding my T.O.S- Harassment or disrespect towards me and my art- Misuse of my art ( ex. nft, ai)It is not my obligation to remind you about your commission so please be responsible

- After reading and agreeing to my T.O.S, fill up my commission form( for YCH comms fill here ! )- After I accept your commission, I'll contact you and send an invoice- After payment, I'll be adding you to my commission waitlist- I'll send a sketch for approval ( as seen on my art process) where revisions can be made by the commissioner- Updates will be given every stage ( sketch, flat colors, and rendering)- Finished art will be sent through email
